Welcome to the Madrasa Ben Youssef! Our opening hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day. Come and explore this ancient architecture and discover the history of this impressive structure!

Visit the Madrasa Ben Youssef in the heart of Marrakech for 50 DH. The price for children under 12 is 10 DH. If you are a group of more than 20 people, the ticket price is 30 DH. Experience the beauty and culture of Marrakech by visiting the Ben Youssef Medersa!

Restoration of the Madrasa

In the context of the particular interest shown by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, in the preservation and enhancement of the historical heritage of several cities in the Kingdom, and His firm determination to safeguard the various layers of national memory, as well as His desire to highlight the intangible, cultural, and architectural capital of the city of Marrakech, the Ministry of Habous and Islamic Affairs has undertaken the restoration of the Madrasa Ben Youssef in Marrakech. This initiative follows the High Directives of His Majesty, may God glorify Him, during His visit to the old Medina on January 9, 2017.
